Summary:
Actively involved in Acquiring new customers and maintaining the existing wholesale – retail clientele based on the targets provided. There duties include visiting the outlets to monitor the movement and re-fill based on the demands. Furthermore, receiving and processing Sales orders online, or via phone and E-mail. Their duties include checking and verifying orders, creating Sales orders, checking the delivery status, maintaining the Sales records, and compiling monthly Sales Reports. They may be required to liaise with other departments and assist marketing in new product lines.

Description:
• Acquiring new customers via cold calling and visiting the outlets
• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Attending the Hotline and processing the Cash Orders
• Attending inter- Company quotations, SO’s and deliveries
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
• Stay up to date with new products and features
• Routinely visiting the clients to monitor the movements
• Re-filling process of the wrecks in the customer outlet
• Maintain movement if any items are released on consignment.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid motor bike license
• Completed O’Level OR minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant field
