Hiring: Accounts and Admin Assistant


Job Requirements

  1. O' Level or A’ Level completed.
  2. Experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
  3. Good knowledge of accounting.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Must be able to demonstrate to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Entering vendor/purchase invoices in the accounting system on a timely manner.
  2. Preparing customer invoices for goods supplied in a timely manner.
  3. Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in the accounting system.
  4. Monitoring the customer receivables and following up on due invoices.
  5. Monitoring payables and ensuring the bills are paid on time.
  6. Performing bank reconciliations.
  7. Generating monthly financial reports as per the guidance of supervisor.
  8. Accounts receivable and payable reconciliations.
  9. Preparation of monthly taxation.
  10. Assist in annual audit preparation.
