CALL CENTER AGENT:
- Minimum GCE O'level (A'level preferred)
- Fluent in both English & Dhivehi (Written & Spoken)
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent Communication skills
- Pleasant Personality
- Experience in handling customer inquiries
- Must have good customer service skills to deal with enquiries and to build and maintain relationship with customers
