Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee, manage and supervise department’s day to day tasks including staff performance.
• Manage the work flow and ensure timely issuance of insurance policies.
• Assign tasks/work to staff and conduct continuous follow up.
• Communicate and coordinate sales department, brokers, agents and ensure the requirement is met as per the internal guidelines.
• Report the daily update to department head and management as necessary.
• Prepare all relevant insurance policy documentations as per the guidelines of the company
• Manage policy renewals process and keep updated renewals statistics for Top Management
• Ensure policy cancellation is processed as per the guideline.
Working Hours: 8:15AM to 4:15PM (Sundays -Thursdays)
Minimum Qualification & Requirements
• Associate's degree in business administration or a related field
• Previous work experience in the insurance industry or 1 year experience in any relevant business field will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi & English
• Self-driven and result oriented
Salary: Negotiable (depending on the qualification and experience)
