Requirements

• GCE O’ Level 03 passes (Grade C and above)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Maldivian Nationality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Pleasant personality
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Help Desk and Task management software programs
• Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change
• Able to pick up and handle Tasks quickly
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
• Experience with CCTV , Access Control
• Experience with computer networks and network administration.
• Experience with Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security
• Experience in LAN WAN concept and Wi-Fi Networks

Responsibilities 

• Installation and Configuration of CCTV, Access control, Attendance and IOT Systems.
• Installation and configuration of QueueBee queue system
• Windows Operating system installation and PC troubleshooting
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs and IOT’s
• Network installations, wireless technology applications, inter-connectivity of applications, and IT security
• Engineers will work in-house or be assigned to a customer’s project mainly in Greater Male’
• Develops and maintains all networking documentation (drawings, configurations, and Deployment plans
• Provide network-engineering consulting services, including assessment, design, and Implementation of modern Networks
• Demo products to Customer
• Provide Technical details of products and services from Email, Phone and other form of communications to Customer
• Assist other departments providing technical details of products and services
• Communicate with Sales team regarding Requirements gathered from Customers
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management
• Able to make deliveries is an added advantage
