We are looking for a dedicated and talented candidate who is willing to work in a dynamic environment as a Senior Sales and Marketing officer. The minimum requirement that an ideal candidate should possess and roles and responsibilities are:

SALARY RANGE: 
MVR 10,500 - MVR11,500 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related.
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience in Sales & Marketing

SKILLS:
•     Strong communication skills (English& Dhivehi) – including both verbal 
         and written
•     Computer literacy - Excellent knowledge of MS Office package and Accounting, CRM 
         software Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
•     Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics
•     Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to boost the effectiveness marketing 
         strategies and improve the company’s presence.
•    Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success 
        and amend marketing measures when necessary.
•    Create and oversee the distribution and publication of content or marketing 
        materials.
•    Recognize, study, and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and 
        demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
•    Closely work with product development team and finance to determine the viability 
        of prospective markets before the product production process.
•    Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or 
        services on various media Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales 
        plan.
