Senior HR Executive

Required Qualification: Bachelor of Human Recourse Management or Business Management/Administration with 2 years’ experience.
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruitment and selection, new employee orientation, on-boarding, learning and development and performance management
• Ensure all legal compliance for human resource are met
• Plan corporate events and other team-building activities.
• Review procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
• Perform full spectrum of administrative duties, which include maintenance of office assets, monitor office suppliers, ensure the tardiness and cleanliness of the office, oversee day to day operations of the office.
• Responsible to provide administrative support service

Knowledge & Skill Requirement
• Ability to create and present ideas, and reports in various formats.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
• Competency in English & Dhivehi language, written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
• Take Home Pay MVR 12,000 to 15,000
