General Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any equivalent degree
• Diploma in qualification ACCA
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant areas
• Problem Solving Skills
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Job Specification
• Carry out day-to-day operations of Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting
• Accurate and timely recording of transactions – Bookkeeping
• Assist to develop, implement and maintain system, procedures and policies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines
• Keep track of payments relating to fixed asset acquisition and maintenance of the company
• Keep track of the contracts and agreements related to fixed assets of the company
• Keep track of funds and prepare daily/monthly fund summary
• Verification and posting of transactions
• Establish, maintain and reconcile general ledger
• Carry out month end and year-end procedures
• Maintain and update records and information in the accounting system and carry out system reconciliation
• Assist to prepare analysis, interpret and maintain accurate financial statements, reports and information
• Assist in preparing financial budget, reports as required
• Assist with the annual audit
• Maintain financial files and records
• Any other additional responsibility assigned by the HOD from time to time
