Description

STAFF VACANCY: EXECUTIVE – SENIOR EXECUTIVE - ASSISTANT
To strengthen our valuable human resources, we are looking for dynamic and people oriented person to recruit for the following position in our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks assigned including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans & accommodation arrangements, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures assigned schedule is followed and respected. 
• Communicates directly with relevant parties on matters related to management communications.
• Works closely and effectively with the assigned party regarding upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting and formatting letters, documents, policies, personal correspondence, and other tasks that are assigned.
• Assists HR in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings.
• Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
• Process and distribute daily mail relieved to relevant assigned floor.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

 

Qualifications and Experience: 
• Minimum A ‘level qualification, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or relevant area will be an added advantage.
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role can be an added advantage.

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to design and edit graphic presentations and other materials.
