Department: Customer Care Operations
Location: K.Male'/ Hulhumale'/ HDh. Kulhudhuffushi
Job Purpose:
- Ensure customers are properly informed on any queries regarding Ooredoo products, services & offers.
- Positively contribute to the smooth operation of customer care ,adhere to policies and procedures at all the times.
- Ensure customer complaints and feedbacks are escalated to superiors on a timely manner.
Qualification & Experience:
- A 'Level
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role.
