Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Track all sales, inventory, new stock, complaints and queries for management review
Identify product selling rate and inform potential shortage of supply / unavailable products in demand
Arrange quotations, deliveries and ensure customers are attended at highest level of urgency without any delays
Identify revenue leakage aspects of the showroom
Attend to responsibilities assigned by Sales & Marketing department
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum O Level 3 passes with 2 years of experience in relevant field
Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Proficient with Point-of-Sale systems
REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package of MVR 8,000 depending on the qualification and experience
Working Hours: 0900-1200 | 1400-1800 | 2000-2200
Overtime (OT) Provided
