• Identifying the departments KPIs and provide monthly reports on KPI to the management team of the resort
• Lead by example, monitoring and supervising employees under the supervision by doing annual appraisal and ensure that all department employees follow policies and guidelines
• Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and consistency of materials
• Review and amend policies and guidelines in discussion with executives to keep up with the recent trends
• Plan and set annually on the required essential trainings needed for the team members and set the course of action to implement them
• Arrange training schedules for teams and participate in training sessions and development of the team
• To be heavily involved in initial and ongoing training programs and staff development programs by setting targets for the department members
• Direct and monitor the supervised department
• Save costs by identifying the most cost-effective methods
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
