Identifying the departments KPIs and provide monthly reports on KPI to the management team of the resort
Lead by example, monitoring and supervising employees under the supervision by doing annual appraisal and ensure that all department employees follow policies and guidelines
Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and consistency of materials
Review and amend policies and guidelines in discussion with executives to keep up with the recent trends
Plan and set annually on the required essential trainings needed for the team members and set the course of action to implement them
Arrange training schedules for teams and participate in training sessions and development of the team
To be heavily involved in initial and ongoing training programs and staff development programs by setting targets for the department members
Direct and monitor the supervised department
Save costs by identifying the most cost-effective methods
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
