SALES MANAGER
DIAGNOSTIC PRODUCTS

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Account wise potential mapping to analyses the sales opportunities.
• Strategic selling with the help of sales planning and sales analysis.
• Meeting customer and sharing the features and benefits of the products.
• Customer wise profiling to ensure customer centric approach in selling.
• Account wise secondary tracking and sales planning.
• Preparation of sales proposal and Tender/quotation documents.
• Provide market feedback and competitor activities.
• Handle and document customer complaints according to company procedures.
• Attend sales meeting, national/international medical events like conference, workshop etc.
• Accomplishing all the official documents, reports, feedbacks etc within the set time frame.
• Involving customer through educational workshop, observer ship, conference etc.
• Develops and maintains high impact relationships with key customers in region to protect and grow business.
• Actively seek opportunities to convert competitor business.
• Open to carryout additional responsibilities given by the management.

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
• Strong competitive spirit and results orientation and relentless customer focus.
• High potential sales performer with a solid track record of career progression and runway to develop further with a history of driving for results; demonstrated track record of sales growth, customer experience and market share growth.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills; can support team and work at high levels within customer decision making unit to negotiate complex deals which are profitable to the company.
• Has both strategic and tactical capabilities, can analyze the market, competitors and company strengths and weaknesses, create winning sales strategies and be hands on and help execution at detailed level.
• Good financial acumen.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduation in related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in laboratory diagnostic products).

 

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
Based on qualification and experience.
