Qualifications: 
•    O’ Level 
•    Minimum 2 years' Experience in sales

Skills:
• Strong communication skill (English) – including both verbal and written 
• Computer literacy – Excellent knowledge of MS Office package and Accounting, CRM software 
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques 
• Self- motivated and goal-oriented. Desire to deliver results
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Prepare quotation, invoice, receipt, delivery note as per customers’ requests 
•    Manage transactions with customers using POS system, Collect payments, Issue receipts, refunds, or change
•    Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. 
•    Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
•    Track and record all daily delivery orders. 
•    Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectivel
