Roles & Responsibility
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting for Instalment.
- Approve Applications within specified limits, and refer applications outside those limits to management for approval.
- Explain to customers the different types of credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Obtain and compile copies of applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
- Review agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
- Compute payment schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
Qualification
- 'A' Level Standard,
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
- Exposure in a related field is a plus
- Passionate to deal with customers
- Confident to deal with customers in a professional manner face to face and over the phone
- Ability to coordinate with the rest of the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel).
- Should be punctual
Experience in related field will be an added advantage
