Roles & Responsibility

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting for Instalment.
• Approve Applications within specified limits, and refer applications outside those limits to management for approval.
• Explain to customers the different types of credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
• Obtain and compile copies of applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Review agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
• Compute payment schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.

Qualification

• 'A' Level Standard,
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
• Exposure in a related field is a plus
• Passionate to deal with customers
• Confident to deal with customers in a professional manner face to face and over the phone
• Ability to coordinate with the rest of the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel).
• Should be punctual
