RETAIL MANAGER

Requirements:
•    Previous experience in retail management
•    effective leadership and the ability to motivate others
•    ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly

•    Excellent Computer Skills
•    Good Communication Skills 
•    ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
•    Customer focus

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible for overall retail business growth, and daily operations of all retail shops, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
•    Improving retail business by building the retail team, building efficient processes, driving sales, managing inventory, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Work Location: The Hawks Head Office

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience & Qualification
