Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and fix doctor’s appointments
- Counter duties including issuing of tokens and managing the floor
- Assisting doctors in clerical work and record maintenance
- Preparing the patient for their appointment
- Completing pre-examination record information
- Managing the flow of patient material
- Communicating scheduling delays or changes
- Serving as a direct contact and resource to the patient
- This role may also support access and navigation activities, including greeting patients and visitors, assisting in navigation, verifying patient appointments and/or visitor status in the EHR, and following designated screening scripts and process flows.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O/L or A/L completed
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must possess a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
- Should be flexible, self-motivated, hard-working, disciplined, and with a high level of positive energy.
- Able to perform good relationships internally and externally
- Should be able to attend shift duties and be available for on-call duties
Salary & Benefits :
- Salary based on qualifications and experience

Overtime: if work exceeds 48hrs per week
