Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Distribution and Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplies to hotels and safaris, ensuring efficient dispatching and timely delivery, overseeing inventory management, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in related field
2. Proven experience in warehouse management and distribution, preferably in the hotel supply industry.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring that supplies are delivered efficiently and on time.
2. Coordinate and manage the dispatching process to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure the availability of products.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
5. Implement and monitor procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
6. Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards before dispatch.
7. Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries and inventory with a focus on customer satisfaction
