CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the VC Programme Review Register
• Maintain the VC Institutional Audit Register
• Maintain the collection of VC Institutional and Programme Audit Reports
• Facilitate the AQ&S Committee meetings and activities.
• Coordinate, facilitate and conduct presentations on QA activities and practices of VC for staff and stakeholders
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To Conduct review of new programmes:
- Coordinate, Facilitate and Conduct programme review of at least 3 new programmes launched in semester
2. Conduct institutional audits of VC Campuses:
- Coordinate, Facilitate and Conduct audit of at least 2 campuses every semester
3. Conduct audits of VC Learning Centres:
- Coordinate, Facilitate and Conduct audit of at least 2 Learning Centres every semester
4. Conduct review of existing programmes:
- Coordinate, Facilitate and Conduct programme review of at least 3 existing programmes of VC
5. Conduct analysis of VC Module and Programme reports:
- Conduct an analysis of VC Module reports once per semester and report on findings.
- Conduct an analysis of VC Programme reports annually and report on findings.
6. Conduct analysis of UWE External examiner reports:
- Conduct an analysis of UWE External Examiner reports and report on the findings.
7. Conduct SETL:
- Conduct SETL every Semester
- Develop a summative report on the analysis of Faculty and programme wise SETL findings
8. Facilitate the VC applications for QA related awards, rankings and memberships:
- Facilitate VC application for THE Impact Rankings
- Facilitate VC application for SAQS
9. Facilitate VC participation in QA related forums and conference:
- Facilitate VC participation in annual APQN conference
- Facilitate VC participation in annual INQAAHE conference
