Qualifications
- Completed GCE A' Level and above with minimum 2 years experience in a related field
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
- Have good knowledge of market, product and pricing
Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate potential vendors and compare the prices of different vendors
- Update order details into internal databases
- Negotiate contracts on reasonable terms for pricing, supply and preparing reports
- Monitor purchased products to ensure quality and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure stock availability and placing orders as and when required
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
