Description

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in all work permit application and related processes
  • Collect & Deliver Work Permit related documents to and from the relevant offices.
  • Maintain & Updating Human Resource Databases
  • Maintaining updated filing systems and records.
  • Assist in other works at the Office.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Certificate in Human Resources/Office Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of XPAT Online portal
  • Pleasant personality
  • Computer Literacy & Fluent at using Microsoft Office Package
  • Have a valid driver's license (motorbike) -
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources/Administration
