Requirements:

• Degree in Office Administration / Management / HR
• Experience in managing a Healthcare Facility / Clinic is an added advantage.
• Is always polite and respectful towards patients / customers / colleagues and other stakeholders
• Strong leadership and organizational / interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to accomplish their tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication & conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Presence of mind and attention to detail
• Warm and caring personality
• Computer literate

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage clinic operations to provide high-quality patient support services
• Oversee staff scheduling on a shift basis to ensure complete coverage
• Act as a liaision between the executive management, the medical staff, and the department managers
• Assist with budget preparation and expense management activities
• Train new candidates for specified positions
• Assist with staff recruitment, performance review, retention and termination
• Overseeing equipment and building maintenance,security, and cleaning services
• Assist with marketing material and planning
• Inventory management
• Participate actively in staff meetings
• Follow and enforce Company policies
