MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in relevant field (OR)
• Diploma or MNQF Level 5 Qualification in relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing monitoring and evaluation and performance monitoring plans.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring high quality and timely inputs for HDC’s ongoing projects, as well as ensuring that the project maintains its strategic vision and its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost effective and timely manner.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist in Strategic Planning process and ensure annual plans are completed on a timely manner.
• Assist in formulating and implementing result-based monitoring framework and providing recommendation to further improve the framework.
• Ensure existing monitoring and evaluation procedures are followed and practiced.
• Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the output.
• Provide support in the development of the monitoring and impact indicators for the organizations Strategic Plan.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation of overall achievements set in the annual project plan of the organization.
• Suggest methods and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
• Assist in providing analytical and financial input for mega projects from a strategic business level.
• Assist in conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews measuring results against the targets.
• Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the projects; and inform HOD in a timely manner.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Experience in Strategic planning and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) setting
• Knowledge in developing monitoring &evaluation reports
• Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g. qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Good organizational skills.
• Works effectively with people from all backgrounds.
• Shows respect and understanding of diverse points of view and demonstrates understanding in daily work and decision making.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good organizational, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Should be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Strong training & facilitation skills.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR.18,000.00 to MVR. 20,000.00 based on qualification and experience.
