Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Mobile Developer in our Information Systems Department

Roles and Responsibilities

• Program in Java, JavaScript and PHP
• Work with modern MVW frameworks or libraries such as Flutter, Spring, Angular or Laravel.
• Prepare documentations for the developed software.
• Work in a Scrum Team and adhere to Scrum norms and rules

Competencies

• Practical experience in Information Technology or Computing related field.
• Programming experience developing/designing mobile applications.
• Experience in development, build and test tools.
• Experience in any of the following frameworks: React Native, Flutter or Xamarin.
• Experience in any of the following databases: Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL.
• Knowledge of streaming/storage technologies like Kafka and MongoDB
• Self-motivated and the ability to think creatively with good problem solving skills.

Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field
• Demonstrable ability to prototype applications and proofs-of-concept in any one of the following scripting/programming languages: Java, PHP, JavaScript (including HTML5 and CSS)
