Job Overview:
Assist in the development and deployment of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives. Handle media visits and enquires, site tours, oversee filming and photo shoot activity as it relates to marketing and communications, in conjunction with PR & Marketing Director/Manager. Execute and participate in promotional and marketing efforts
Education and qualifications:
o Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field preferable
o Strong command of the English language both written and spoken
o Knowledge of tourism or marketing industry is desirable.

o Outstanding writing, editing and oral communication skills in English
o Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up
o Execute a multitude of tasks in a timely basis

Responsibilities:
o Managing coordination of PR & Marketing Communications activities as directed by PR & Marketing Director/Manager.
o Assist in handling of media inquiries and respond to enquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations.
o Provide ongoing social media support, both technical and editorial, as directed by PR & Marketing Director/Manager and Digital Executive
o Assist with familiarization trips for media, influencers and, where required travel to the resorts, lead on-site photo shoots and resort filming.
o Support PR & Marketing Director/Manager with press agencies liaison.
o Ensure media and partners lists are accurate, updated and well maintained.
o Social Media coverage to cover in the absence of the Digital Executive if required
o Support in monitoring all hotel social media channel.
o Support the marketing department with all relevant activities.
