OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target groups
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Active involvement in developing and conducting marketing researches and surveys
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Provide support to marketing staff in delivering agreed activities
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the in appropriate media
- Work closely with in-house or external teams in designing marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Provide guidance to run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and Linked ln) to enhance audience engagement
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain and update marketing/customer databases
- Provide support in conducting market research, satisfaction surveys etc.
- Develop and manage Villa College blog and website.
- Distribute survey questionnaires and ensure sufficient response
- Provide support for Alumni relations, maintain records
MAIN DUTIES
- Interpreting the college's business needs.
- Meet clients/customers to seek their needs.
- Responsible for timely and accurate updates of all advertisements.
- Thoroughly be aware of the program portfolio of the college.
- Maintain relationship with all marketing related suppliers (printers etc.)
- Study the advertising tactics, methods, tools etc (look through newspaper ads, TV ads etc.) of competitors and find ways to gain market power.
- Working to tight deadlines.
- Review of all newspaper/ magazine ads as well of competitors.
- Responsible for timely and accurate updates of all advertising.
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Maintain contacts with important markets.
- Manage and maintain media relations
- Prepare news brief and Ensure media coverage of the events
- Identify and Acquire ad slots from relevant Media channels
- Liaise with internal department to generate contact for staff and student profile
Management and Leadership
- Work with the marketing team on the inception and development of creative ideas and concepts related to promotional campaigns.
- Organizing and managing the production of marketing materials.
- Organize and participate Villa College promotional events.
- Maintain relationship with marketing related suppliers (printers etc .)
- Keep the marketing director updated with the latest prices of marketing related products and expenses
- Managing and maintaining external advertising.
- Multi-tasking: graphic designers often work on more than one design work at a time.
