Market Research Executive
General Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Healthcare, and/or experience working within an industry related to healthcare
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packa ges (SPS, or similar), databases, and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback)
Job Specification
- Collect data and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations and make recommendations.
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective preferences.
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis for each of the specialties within the Hospital and make recom mendations for enhancem ents working with stakeholders and regulators in the Healthcare industry.
- Use online market resea rch and catalog findings to databases.
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Remain fully informed on market trends, research, and implement best practices.
- Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
