Job Description
Maintenance Supervsior will manage the daily operations of commercial properties of Villa under the supervision of Facilities Manager. Maintenance Supervsior will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations.
Maintenance Supervsior, should have excellent organizational and project management skills and ensure assigned properties follow applicable regulations and building codes. 

Tasks & Responsibilities 
Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
Supervising and directing cleaning activities and ensure regular cleaning.
Carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
Assist in preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
Conducting regular building inspections of walls, ceilings, hydraulics, plumbing, ACs and ensure fixing of issues and preparing reports.
Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues
Ensure implementation of maintenance procedures

Required Qualifications: 
•    2 years’ experience
•    Health Certificate. 
•    Good command in English (verbal & written).  
•    Working knowledge of mathematics. 
•    PC and basic software knowledge.  
•    Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility. 
•    Other operations department management and labor related experience preferred. 
•    Relevant tertiary qualification

Salary: MVR 10000 to  MVR15000 (based on qualification/experience)
