Qualifications
1. Completed GCE O Level (with good results in English and Math)
2. Previous experience in a frontline role will be an added advantage
Skills and Personal Attributes
1. Fluent in verbal and written English and Dhivehi communications
2. Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage
3. Able to initiate conversations with customers from all backgrounds
4. Warm and friendly personality
5. Able to work odd hours on shift basis
6. Able-bodied
Main Responsibilities
1. Overall tasks will be related to providing service at the lounge which includes conversing with customers and providing services to them
2. Preparing the premises at the start of shift, between customers and end of shift which includes clearing up tables and cleaning utensils
3. Attending to emails related to lounge bookings
4. Ensuring availability of items in stock
5. Carrying out necessary paperwork as per company accounting procedures etc.…
Remuneration:
1. Approximately MVR 10,000 (including daily allowances)
