Requirement & Skills:
• Assisting the Manager with operational matters.
• Assist in keeping track of Petty Cash flow and passing information of funds to the Accounts & Finance.
• Carry out Deliveries of Kokky Shops as and when required and attending to Kokky shop matters when needed
• Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that daily operation has sufficient number of necessary materials/equipments.
• Physical process of purchasing inventory (that are locally purchased)
• Must be able to communicate (written & Verbal) in English & Dhivehi
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work shifts
