Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding procedures, including preparing the necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave balances, and performance evaluations, while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Assisting in the dissemination of HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Assisting in internal HR communication
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees' questions and concerns.
- Assisting in the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews and ensuring evaluations are conducted in a timely manner.
- Assisting with employee offboarding and coordinating the return of company property.
- Utilizing HR software (HR Metrics) and databases to manage employee information efficiently.
- Assist with organizing employee events, recognition programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Application of Work Permit, Quota, Quota Extension, Work Permit Cancellations
- Tracking Fees of all Expatriate Staff of the Company, ensuring that the Work Permit Fees and Annual - Insurance are up-to-date, and payments are requested to the Finance Department in a timely manner.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing HR-related correspondence.
- Any other tasks instructed by the Superiors in the HR Department
