Preferred Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum 2 year working experience in a customer service/shop experience preferred
• Good communication skills both orally and writing in English Language
• Computer literacy skills is a must, importantly MS word and Excel
• Experience in Retail or accounting system
• Ability to work well as part of the team
• Must have a Driving License
• Fit and flexible to work long hours
Main Responsibilities:
• Required to work at store locations
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and full fill orders
• Doing deliveries as required
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Other duties as assigned
