JOB POST: HR & Admin Officer
QUALIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field will be added advantage
WORKPLACE: Ondhigo Head Office, Muiveyo Magu, Male’, Republic of Maldives
WORK TIME: Full time
SALARY: MVR7000.00


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize and maintain all records relating to employees.
2. Assist HR & Admin Manager in the process of recruitment, remuneration, training, performance evaluations, and other services to employees.
3. Organize and maintain all corporate documents, records, and reports of the office
4. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
5. Perform general office duties, such as ordering office stationery supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
