HR & ADMIN MANAGER
Responsibilities
> Monitor staff attendance, prepare the monthly timesheets and update staff records
> Prepare employee appraisals forms and coordinate the evaluation process with relevant staff
> Monitor Xpat online system and prepare required documentations
> Attend appointments; immigration, and other official authorities
> Manage staff accommodation & related works
> Maintain all health insurance related matters and employee’s hospitalization and general welfare of expatriate employees
> Manages HR by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staffs
> Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
> Enforces management guidelines by preparing and updating HR policies and procedures
> Carryout administrative tasks of the company
Requirements
> Good command of written and spoken Dhivehi and English language
> Competent computer skills
> Should possess a pleasant personality, is self-motivated and willing to undertake responsibilities
> Ability to work independently & as a part of team
> Work experience in a similar post would be an advantage
> Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Remuneration scale: MVR 16000-17000
