ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and oversee all HR/Admin related works
• Overall knowledge in HR functions including sourcing and recruitment (local/foreign staff), training and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits management
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of staff leave, attendance, salary and related tasks
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office and related software.
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with minimum supervision
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and Pleasant Personality
• Other HR & Admin related tasks
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Do all the expatriate staff visa procedures and renew the visa in time
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, corporate HR policies, hire guides, job descriptions.
EDUCATION
• College Diploma / Degree in HR and/or Administration
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years work related to HR/Admin in an office environment in capacity of an HR Officer or managerial level
SALARY PACKAGE (INCLUDING ALL ALLOWANCES): MVR 10,000 – 12,000
