We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will design attractive and attention-grabbing marketing print/digital ads, newsletters, flyers, booklets, logos, direct mail campaigns, etc. that enhance our client firms brand presence. The Graphic Designer will also design all in-house needs for Directors Investment Group companies to develop digital ads, invitations, signage, logos, promotional materials, give away items, gifts, etc. that will continue the growth of our brands.

Responsibilities
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
- Determine size and arrangement of vector/photographic material and copy, and select style and size of typeface
- Develop final layouts, to prepare layouts for in-house or outsourced printer. Review final layouts for accuracy and suggest improvements as needed
- Develop graphics and designs for layouts
Collaborate with supervisor or team to determine layout design
- Prepare rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making necessary changes

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in a related field
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in related fields.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and good communicative skills.
- Flexible and cooperative to accommodate job demands.
- Approach problems proactively with solution focus.
- Must be prompt and dependable.
- Able to communicate effectively and solve problems.
- Able to work independently in odd hours with minimum day to day supervision.
- Patient and Loyal.
- Must be 25 years or above.
