Qualifications & Requirements:

- Manages, plans, coordinates, and implements the company’s tourism development programs promoting the Hotel as a destination for visitors.
- Plans and directs the operations and departments.
- Establishes the financial and service standards of the company. 
- Prepares budgets and monitors expenses.
- Schedules/supervises department heads.
- Support and cooperate with the marketing department to develop and implement advertising and marketing strategies and budgets for attracting tourists to Season Paradise.
- Manages and monitors departments and project budgets and gives monthly reports.
- Performs public relations and publicity functions for the tourism program and country-wide special events.
- Serves as project manager for national, regional and local promotional campaigns as assigned by the company.
- Develops advertising and promotional relationships with agencies in the tourism and hospitality industry in conjunction with the company.
- Coordinates tourism-driven special events with Special Events Managers.
- Supervise and facilitate the department managers to manage Hotel sales centers and coordinates the department sales.
Identifies prospective markets and follows up on initial contact and maintains communication.
- Analyze market surveys and research designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Hotel tourism programs in order to help the central marketing department.
- Prepares presentations and speaks to outside groups interested in learning more about Hotel, acts as representative for the Hotel.
- Draw up / present monthly reports necessary for the board of directors.
- Supervises the work of office support employees; trains others.
- Manages visitor services including fulfillment/, tour group, tour operator, brochure distribution, tracking reports, FAM tours and visitor sites.
- Supports and facilitates managing the Hotel Website.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the board of directors.
