Key Duties :

- Responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience  
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Lead and set up the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talents
- Drive innovative concepts and promotions for F&B Service
- Define and develop the F&B standards, policies and systems

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort in Maldives
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree OR certification in F&B management or related field
- Excellent customer service skills e Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and F&B systems
- Able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, teams and events
