Job Description
Facilities Coordinator will manage the daily operations of commercial properties of Villa under the supervision of Facilities Manager. Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations.
Facilities Coordinator, should have excellent organizational and project management skills and ensure assigned properties follow applicable regulations and building codes.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience
• Health Certificate.
• Good command in English (verbal & written).
• Working knowledge of mathematics.
• PC and basic software knowledge.
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
• Other operations department management and labor related experience preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualification
Salary: MVR 10000 to MVR15000 (based on qualification/experience)
