Verify financial records and collect patient charges while filing.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Requirements
GCE O'level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Be organized and able to manage time efficiently is crucial to handle various responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet software, and email.
A friendly and approachable demeanour is essential for creating a positive first impression and building a good rapport with patients.
Ability to handle difficult or upset patients with empathy and professionalism.
The ability to multitask efficiently
Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to health Ministry regulations
The ability to handle unexpected situations or difficult inquiries from patients or visitors and find appropriate solutions.
Minimum 01 year of experience in similar position.
