Description

Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming phone calls and handle all enquiries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about the services in person and via phone.
  • Listen to visitor complaints and attend to them diligently.
  • Verify financial records and collect patient charges while filing.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

Requirements

  • GCE O'level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Be organized and able to manage time efficiently is crucial to handle various responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheet software, and email.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour is essential for creating a positive first impression and building a good rapport with patients.
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset patients with empathy and professionalism.
  • The ability to multitask efficiently
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to health Ministry regulations
  • The ability to handle unexpected situations or difficult inquiries from patients or visitors and find appropriate solutions.
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in similar position.
