Job Purpose:
- Assist in business requirements and project delivery of the ESS projects.
- Design and develop Microsoft PowerApps workflow based on cross functional requirements, escalate and resolve any
unplanned issues on a timely manner.
- Engage in planning business logistic requirement, customer service tool automation, Call Centre Application
management including Call Recording, IVR workflow.
- Follow and adhere to the operational procedures and standards as per the operation level agreement.
- Ensure Information Technology & Security policies are implemented and adhered by all the users.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Telecom/Electronics or other relevant.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in solution architecture and project management.
