Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort in the Maldives
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken english
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in management or in a related field
- Technical qualifications required to perform the job
- Excellent customers service skills
- Able to forecast, plan and manage the operations and teams
- Attention to detail, excellent project management, and organization skills
