• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort in the Maldives
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken english
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in management or in a related field
• Technical qualifications required to perform the job
• Excellent customers service skills
• Able to forecast, plan and manage the operations and teams
• Attention to detail, excellent project management, and organization skills
