STAFF VACANCY: EXECUTIVE – EXECUTIVE RISK & COMPLIANCE
To strengthen our valuable human resources, we are looking for dynamic and people oriented person to recruit for the following position in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting research and data collection for implementation and maintenance of the Unit.
• Support risk unit with their responsibilities under the frameworks.
• Support monitoring and evaluating risk levels at MFLC within approved risk appetite and tolerances.
• Provide support to the Risk Management Committee and internal committees as deemed necessary.
• Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
• Other responsibilities may include providing support for board meetings and other events, preparation and editing of documents, preparing summaries of discussions, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A ‘level or Diploma level in Business, Banking or Finance. Or a Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, statistics, business administration or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience in drafting documents with strong emphasis in research and analysis.
• Good understanding and experience in operations of financial institution is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using standard software programs: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
