Key responsibilities
• Install, upgrade support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and other desktop applications used at MFLC.
• Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers other equipment.
• Diagnose and quickly resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues, hardware and application support queries received to minimize downtime.
• Maintain consistent demonstration of company guidelines, IT policy, Procedures and compliance standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum two years’ experience in relevant field
• Good Technical knowledge of PCs and Desktop Hardware and current protocols, operating systems and standard.
• Satisfactory level of knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work with technical and non-technical team members and able to handle pressure well
