Responsibilities:

•     Supervise the work of Program staff.
•     Ensure project guidelines, systems & protocols are in place & adhered to. 
•     Alignment of Programme goals to changing socio-economic setting & community felt needs. 
•     Identification & formulation of project proposal. 
•     Effective application of monitoring & evaluation procedure. 
•     Sustaining constructive rapport with relevant stakeholders & formalize collaboration & networking arrangements.
•     Identify & organize relevant surveys and situation analysis to strengthen programmes. 
•     Contribute to strategic planning & development of the organization as a member of the management team. 
•     Uphold, safeguard and promote the organizations values & philosophy relating to ethics, integrity & social responsibility.
