Qualifications
• O’ Level Standard,
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
• Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner
• Exposure in a related field is a plus
• Able to work long hours
• Confident to deal with customers face to face and over the phone
• Ability to coordinate and Lead a team.
• Should be punctual

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead assigned delivery team and ensure distribution of various items to specified
locations within a given time frame.
• Planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.
• Travel with delivery team and ensure proper safety measures and care is taken while
loading and unloading all of all items.
• Maintain proper delivery records according to company SOPs
• Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional
manner. Reporting all customer complaints to delivery supervisor.
• Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered items and invoice and report to
delivery manager.
• Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers and photo proof upon
completion of each delivery.
• Ensure assigned vehicle is cleaned refueled and ready for delivery operations and
promptly reporting any technical issues of the vehicle to delivery manager.
• Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company
