General Requirement
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong communication skills and a patient listener.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
High school diploma
Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend Incoming queries from hotline, Social Media platforms and website.
• Hold up discipline, disheartens, anger, and personal issues when attending to end-client.
• Information, quotation and support provided by CSA’s has to be up-to-date and followed up with necessary department to ensure quality of service and information provided to end-client.
• Pro-active to serve customer requests and timely execution of work flow that involves customers.
• If/when a customer complaint arrives to notify your head & if/when not resolved complaint needs to passed to head at your earliest.
• Maintain customer relations with routine practice.
• Contribute to sales target set by company by coordinating with team while reaching set personal targets.
• Follow instruction given to ensure maximum records are documented of your work using tools given on a daily basis.
• Preparing shift end reports and delivering it to proper channels.
• Self-development and adherence, to work, to gain new skills to make the service you extend to end-client better.
