We are hiring a customer support officer to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Support Requirements:
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• proficient in all microsoft office applications and marketing softwares and apps.
Customer Support Responsibilities:
• Generating sales leads.
• Attend Incoming queries from hotline, Social Media platforms and website.
• Building good relationships with customers.
• Resolving complaints and following up on resolutions.
• Identifying customers' needs.
• Meeting sales objectives.
• Following procedures and policies.
• Pro-active to serve customer requests and timely execution of work flow that involves customers.
