Universal is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join our team as; Customer Sales and Services Agent (Emirates PSA/CSA)

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attending to inquires at call center
• Replying to email queries
• Issuing tickets to Emirates clients.
• Maintaining highest standards of customer service
• Assisting agents with general inquires.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum ONE years’ experience in the field
• Excellent English communication
• People oriented and results driven
• familiar with Microsoft Office
