Description

Bank of Maldives is seeking to recruit a talented and qualified individual to the position of Contact Centre Agent in our Contact Centre, located at S. Hithadhoo

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns and take feedback to improve service

 

Competencies

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time properly and effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Criteria

  • O’level or equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of computer and data entry skills
  • Previous experience in a related field will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work on shift duty
