Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Handle and resolve customer concerns and take feedback to improve service
Competencies
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to prioritize and manage time properly and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Criteria
- O’level or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of computer and data entry skills
- Previous experience in a related field will be an added advantage
- Willing to work on shift duty
